I named Wachovia to concern a protest about an overdraft charge they had billed me. To begin with it had been a charge to my method to conserve account, which surprised me since I have had profit my checking account! They explained both balances aren't together and so I need to spend the charge. I discovered that to become ridiculous. Minute what actually got to me is the fact that after I was talking with a costumer support consultant, he advised me he had the right to hold on me since I had been annoyed that i experienced my cash had been taken from me! Atleast that what it feels as though. This individuals are authorized thieves! He then had the nerve to contact me back and inform me he'd completed this all in error, he explained he would move me to some supervisor, when I had requested for before he hung-up on me! But this time around he quit the telephone off the catch resting on his table. Who do that people believe they're? What allows them the best to cope with our cash because they please nevertheless when we devote an easy error we get cost $35.00, nevertheless when they devote the error all we get is just a straightforward apology!
