Registration still not finalized and we pay a lot

Like a present pupil with unisa in my own 3rd year of reports I did so a enrollment about the 16th of January and created the cost due by creditcard. I obtained a contact to verify delivery of cost. It's today the 23rd of February but still my enrollment hasn't been completed and my first task arrives the first of March. How is that this reasonable treatment of period directed at research for just oneis topics? I'd like solutions. I named the phone call center twice currently plus they are not able to assist! Unisa has my cash and that I am not being handled pretty to other sudents. What goes on when the 1st of march comes and that I still haven't obtained my research substance? Then i crash the topic? I truly need Unisa to step-up towards the title they're attempting to produce to be the very best correspondance college.
