I paid these guys a DD and site visit fee for a property I have in the Bahamas and was looking for funding for a development, well after getting many different stories from Leo Baez the day after I paid the fee about when the site visit will happen, I knew something was wrong, after a few months and no site visit Arthur Hood promised he'd return my funds but a week turned into months and now he doesn't even respond to my emails, Baez says he has nothing to do with it because he's was only my broker, he introduced me to these guys, also I found out their company Cirrus Global was closed for months before I was introduced to them. Along with Richard T Woods Jr these three guys are crooks and bad news..
