Unknown Thieves, computer hackers

This so-called company, illegally withdrew $50.00 from my checking account, which put my account into overdraft. I attempted to contact them, by email. A person would call, but their English was so bad, I could not understand them. I called back the number, that was on my caller I.D., and was connected with a message operator. We played continuous phone tag. I finally got a voicemail message, froma woman, who said that I would be getting a refund.

That was three weeks ago, and as of today, NO REFUND. I tried contacting them again through email, but for some reason I cannot connect to their website, and their phone number has been disconnected. They probably are just one-step of the law. I hope they find all of these people connected with this outfit, and all go to prison, but I have a feeling this outfit is overseas somewhere.
