This really is a truly boguss, deceptive organization!!! In the last month, I Have repeatedly obtained telephone calls from both "Investigator Cleveland" & "Investigator King". Throughout The preliminary point-of connection with "Examiner Cleveland Russell", he was absolutley rude, very unprofessional & extremely misleading!!! He continuously repeated herself, producing no feeling whatsoever and mentioned that the guarantee could be released for my charge.
