There is not telephone number about the bill and we thought it had been fraudulant therefore we didn't spend. Then we received additional bills and received a phone from IRC attempting to gather by obtaining a charge card. Whenever we approached the company they mentioned they had spoken to the Executive Director and he or she established the purchase together with her birthday.
