Harassing Call and illegal practices?

I received my only contact from these people 1/6. I talked having a Mrs Thompson who mentioned this was regarding a civil suit regarding my social security number. I expected her to deliver a duplicate of the initial debt, and he or she mentioned that I already understood about it which the prior debt collector had delivered me characters (I never received any). She explained when cost or an agreement wasn't created that she would inform the settlement division to continue using the suit which documents have been submitted on 1/5. I informed her I'd just have the ability to spend half although not before 28th. She mentioned that cost needed to be post-dated having a check or charge card. I expected her to put on on while I acquired my bank card after which stated I actually donot enjoy to provide the amount out within the telephone. She subsequently stated that by declining to provide her the bank card amount it had been moving in like a refusal to pay for. I informed her I never declined to pay for after which she proceeded to claim with me stating why have you been fighting with me I'm not your partner. I subsequently requested to talk to a boss, she stated she was one. I requested to talk to her boss, she claimed no, and that I stated you're declining to I would like to confer with your boss? She said yes. I proceeded to claim together with her till she mentioned hang on I would like to discover if anybody really wants to consult with you. She returned towards the point and stated I'd need to talk to her employers voice-mail. I said good. She stated how will you plan on managing this debt? I mentioned I do want to confer with your chef first, she stated if you believe youare likely to get me dismissed youare not after which stated she wasn't likely to spend her employers period with me which the phone call was heading nowhere and he or she would let them know to continue using the suit. I hung-up and named straight back and requested the owner to place me through to Mrs Thompsons chef. Mrs Thompson returned about the point and stated I'd not be talking to other people within the division but her which I had a need to stop playing about the telephone. Did I note today was the very first evening I've heard from these folks? And today they're suing me? Is that this garbage actually authorized?
