RCA, Inc False Representation of Stamp Value and NON availability for promised buy back - illegal acts and crooks

RCA has scammed me out of several thousand dollars in falsely appraised collectable stamps. The criminality of it is that they will NOT honor the buy back guarantee which was expressed verbally and in writing. Patrick Kennedy, specifically, gave FALSE reports on upcoming auctions, value of stamps due to Hurricane IKE and Katrina and blatantly lied. He received money from me via American Express, a credit card with expectations of a 12-24 month turnover at an auction with again, a guarantee buy back.
