I saw the report on RCA, Inc. (Kristina Trimbal, Patrick Kennedy) and wanted to add to the history. I bought a worthless stamp from Patrick Kennedy when he was in San Diego prior to RCA. I returned the stamp and demanded a refund. I got neither a refund nor my money back and calls and messages were unanswered until they apparently closed the office in San Diego and moved on to the next state.
