First Premier reviews - Platinum Mastercard

I was wondering how this "First Premier Platinum Card " actually work? Meaning when is the card sent, before or after you pay the $75 fee (Its for poor credit by the way). I was reading the policy where it stated you would have 85 days to make that payment. I applied for it but withheld the payment until I was entirely sure of what the process was. Now I'm not sure how to pay that fee as it doesn't email anything to you. My question is how does it work and where do I apply the fee? Much help needed. Thank you!!
