Ripoff of finances from banking account of disabled person on disability

Gotec Financial kept calling and I kept telling them I could not afford their services.

I also told them I was going to be moving from one state to another, and they promised to send a credit card within two weeks of with holding from the bank $219.90, a one time fee.

They withheld the $219.90 on Nov. 4th causing my account to be over drawn, and costing me $31.00 overdraft fee.

They need to return the money, because they have neither sent me a credit card no a list of anyone that will issue me one.

It is now Dec. 16th, and I still have not heard from them.

Also, I tried calling them on Friday, Dec. 12th and they were always away from their desk.
