Ripoff! Promised a Credit Card up to $5K for a one time fee of 189.00 plus 19.00 processing fee but I never recieved anything

Basically they took money out of my account promising me a credit card for up to 5,000 dollar limit for a one time fee of 189.00 Plus 19.00 dollars processing fee. I never received anything but they took the money out of my account.

I did the BBB check and the company existed so I thought it was trouble free but I was wrong. Then I go to the internet and to find out that someone else was ripped off I was shocked!!
