I switched to them because a friend of mine told me that they specialize in doing taxes for people working int he creative arts, but they were horrible. 1st - My return was about 25% lower than what I had gotten in past years. 2nd - They charged me twice what they said they were going to before informing me of what they were going to charge — they told me after-the-fact and basically said that I wouldn't get any of my files back from them unless I paid them (scheister-auto mechanic-style). And 3rd - They go over your financial information with you in a waiting room full of people. These guys are hacks: UNPROFESSIONAL. Overcharging, untrustworthy, & plain not good at what they do.
