Fairbanks Capital ripoff!

Fairbanks have tried to foreclose on my property twice telling me I owe them monies, when i did not owe them enything. I had to hire an attorney at great expense to me. It has been three years that I have been going through this with them. Every few months they ask me to provide proof of payment. Because of this process they have added thousands of dollars to my balance. They are even charging me a monthly fee for someone to varify that the property is still standing they claim.

I am at the end of my rope with them. Phone calls are lucky to get a call through you have to leave a message which is never returned not returned. Even their attorney behave in the same way. Who is looking out for the consumer, why do we have lawmakers when companies like this can stampede consumers like this.
