Wheres the kids toys?

I waited 2 hours today to get my bundle, required the gadgets for my 3 kids, was handed an enormous bare garbage-bag with only 1 old guide, colored in and cut and aged, was this a laugh or even the 3 new works which were there taking everyones treats for holiday? I inquired where the presents were and he or she explained there aint none! This must be recognized, Salvation Army often provides 1 good doll to all of us contributed from gadgets for kids.
