Phony Letters of Intent

Caution! Donald Bebout can't provide what he presents. He offered my customer a $500,000, 000 Notice of Intention over 2 yrs ago. Within the notice it claims you have to get yourself a Notice of Credit. He claims this LOC is just a dependence on the government to create a forgivable loan. This isn't accurate. There's no such necessity. Our customer has settled him thousands of bucks in costs to go to unique locations and he's created nothing. Because it works out he charged two additional clients exactly the same quantities in the same period for that same excursions as well as in some instances as much as four customers. Why can you require a LOC if they're likely to eliminate the mortgage anyhow? It's all phony.
