David Dechant contacted me about supplementing my income. I gave him $295.00 to start. 1 week later Carl Summers, my coach, called and gave the whole speal. They needed 3,000 to get started. Blah blah blah. I cant believe he (they) have been doing this for years and no one has arrested him. (Them)
