Unauthorized charges to account

I mentioned an unauthorized cost of $59.97 on my bank card bill on 12/13. After I approached the 800-number shown about the lender transation it had been a 800 listing support. Along with the financial institution cost the listing support mentioned there will be a 1.99 cost for that phone. I'd to stop my bank card and challenge the cost at my lender to be able to be repaid.
