They have also indicated over the last 30-60 days they have recently relocated to the area in the last 12 months, and are now interested in finding an advisor to make a local transfer. Their age group is between 35 & 60, all confirmed homeowners, have 100K in annual income, and 500K invested currently out of state. This Group is $300
If you feel you could take on both groups, I can do both for $500
