Unauthorized Charge of $550.00 Applied to Student Account

I shifted from the Commons flats at Southern Polytechnic State University in January. All exceptional costs were paid such as the lease for Dec, the reletting charge, and lease for January prorated. Subsequently in July of 6 months later a cost of $550.00 was positioned onto my student bill. After following-up using the office environment, I had been informed this was for Decis lease, 7 weeks before (a cost that I'd previously settled).

I paid a trip towards the Property Workplace with evidence that I'd previously paid the lease for Dec. The consultant explained that I Would need to occupy the challenge using the Office Environment.

I visited the Company Office to get a second-time, and was informed again they don't gauge the credibility of the cost positioned to my bill. They'd require authorization in the property office.

So again I visited the property workplace and somebody called Jenny Cotton stated that she'd contact the company workplace and tell them I had been arriving one final time. The Company Office again explained they couldn't do something.

I called the property office 3 times, requesting to talk to Jenny Cotton (the main one who held redirecting me towards the office environment) and remaining communications using the assistant. No body actually delivered my calls. Ultimately got your hands on a and was informed that I'd obtain a contact.

I finally quit after not getting a simple phone or mail. Submitted a study using the Better Business Office, plus they stated the college hadn't answered. The unacceptable cost was compensated through educational funding. It was simple reckless and uncalledfor.
