We started coping with Jewelry Legalservices / Derek Robertson in Feb or March. He offered people types of guarantees. We gave him over $3000. Jewelry never did something to obtain this mortgage apart from to publish the initial paperwork, anything we did ourselves.

That Is December. We discovered Friday the mortgage loan remodification that people believed we obtained was declined nearly six-month before over a technicality. Had we been advised of the technicality, it might have now been instantly looked after.
