Chase employees at 30 S. Park Place. Painesville, OH 44077 asks for your ID before notarizing documents for customers. The ID is to get your personal information and try to pester you into other financial aspects that the bank may offer. Upon refusal except for them to see I was myself the person and I disagreed. I filed a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency. It was forwarded to Chase executive office. My checking account was closed and the rewards program points were forfeited. Everything I had earned using their debit was gone thousands of points redeemable for multiple gift cards. I was ripped off
