The Spencer Lawyer has submitted a-class action suit against TaxMasters, and we're examining TaxMasters' company methods regarding the next problems:
1. Whether TaxMasters' efficiency of its function is constant or irregular using the representations it creates in its preliminary phone services using its clients; and
2. How TaxMasters really works its reimbursement plan with clients who WOn't signal the TaxMasters written agreement.
