This is just a fundamental check fraud, they need you to deposit the check less payment fee within the hopes of having a grant for the remainder of the 10,000.00 grant... Scam scam scam, they actually misspelled cashier on the intended cahsiers check. They wrote it chashieris warning flags throughout... Don't drop for this... Even although you do need the cash, you'll wind up owing the financial institution your duty return. Anything fromviki marshall or d &h businesses relates to this fraud... Dont take action.
