Residential Relief Foundation, LLC This company claimed they could get my mortgage modified to a lower payment

This company promised to get my mortgage pymt lowered. They set up a pymt plan to withdraw $1595.00 from my checking account. And withdrew $305.00 just to START the process... I faxed them all the documents requested... Only to hear NOTHING BACK... And upon calling the company to check on the progress... The computerized answering service continued putting me on hold only to be disconnected... Repeatedly! I have since sent an email to the company to stop the process. Have heard NOTHING BACK... I WANT my Money back! The company has done NOTHING to assist me!
