On 28/8 Harkers came to remove us. They scratched a TV screen in the process. I paid them 423 pounds. I informed them but nothing. I again wrote to them & informed their regulatory body. They replied saying their insurance company had lost the letter.in 12 weeks no one has been to see the TV set leaving my family without service. I finally bought a TV.in my opinion Harkers operate without insurance & had no intention of honouring the debt.
