Burned by Billing Cycle Date Change

HSBC has improved my Payment Period Day numerous occasions which leads to my car-funds doubling-up in one single month and lacking the following month. This leads to large late fees. Customer Support attempts to clarify the day change like a courtesy towards the customer. Their activities are legal. Before I take another present from Bestbuy or different organization, I Will carefully check up on if they use HSBC.
