Threating phone calls even AFTER a payment

I recognized that I'd overlooked my cost (the very first time I Have overlooked one in annually) therefore I closed on 11/28/10 and created a fee for the total amount which was due at my last deadline 11/18/10. I acquired a phone today threatening me they were likely to record me towards the credit agency which might get me in "Major trouble". That will be not the case. I created my cost before my next one was due and really should be back again to good position. He explained easily did not spend the remainder of the total amount (the remaining arrives 12/18/10) that I'd maintain difficulty and become fined. He lifted his speech in my experience after I attempted to interject and that I needed to consult him to I would like to talk. Twice. Lastly he did and that I told him what he was informing me wasn't the reality which I understood my privileges. He lifted his speech to me again so when I again informed him when I'd created my cost there is no problem and also the relaxation arrives 12/18/10 and until I am overdue on that cost these werenot permitted to record me. Officially. He mumbled something about "good, I Will notice your consideration" and hung-up on me. I can not think they're turning to threatening and verbally abusive telephone calls like this!
