In Jul-09 my dad was offered a Cell H agreement telephonically. He was educated because it was a telephone discussion the phone call had been documented and could be regarded legally-binding - to which he decided. He was requested if he desired telephone insurance to which he responded NO

It infuriated me to learn that despite the fact that he didn't request insurance, he's been charged each month since that time (by PhoneSured). Both he and that I have tried calling PhoneSured to stop the agreement, but to no avail. About the occasion that I named, I talked to Bob who examined the registered discussion that established my dad hadn't required insurance. He guaranteed the agreement could be terminated and my dad returned. This didn't occur and my dad was all over again charged in December 09 and it has observed no reimbursement

Taking a Look At another grievances for PhoneSured, I'm not by yourself within this! How is that this organization being permitted to money individuals individual records without authorization! Where are they obtaining the bill figures from? I'd like this agreement TERMINATED and my dad RETURNED!!!
