Ameri loan, and many other names thieves that took out 3000.00 for 800.00 over time out of my account!

Business & Finance

In early April of this year 2010. I got a payday loan from paydayone for $500.00, and there was another one a small one in September I believe for 300.00, but later I found out to my horror they took out 3000.00 over the spring through summer, and have the nerve to demand more, and are saying I now have to pay 800.00.. A minimum of 477.99 and they will damage my credit score. They not only have no right to anymore money which i dont have now! But I am entitled to my 3000.00 at least that was my part of my social security backpay that i was about to pay off my credit account, and now i cannot they took it all which i believe is illegal under fair business practices and i need to find a way to get it back. I am very poor on social security disability and barely make it and they put me in a horrible situation of not being able to pay bills. I closed out my bank account and hopefully they cant steal anymore money from me and not bleed me dry anymore.
