Replacement of watch. - Atomic wristwatch

I ordered an atomic wristwatch and received it 6/30/10. It did not work, I took it to a jeweler & he installed a new battery, still it did not work, so I mailed it back to the warehouse on that day. Confirmation states they received it 7/2 @ 4:44 PM in Eatonton, GA. I have not heard anything from them since, today is 7/9/10. Who can I contact to find out if they will replace the watch? Thank you.
