THe Hard Money Lenders Another Victim of Charlies Kartchners greed

I too was a victim of Charlies Kartchners greedy business practices. This man pretends to be sympathetic after steering clients to shady so called lenders. I was forced to wire this greedy broker $5000 just to speak to another party who then asked me for $10000. After paying them both I got a term sheet from a 3rd "lender" asking for $15000. I refused and was told they could not continue with my project. This man is a horrible person of low integrity. Stay Away Run Away!
