Auto Repossessions consumer bank Rip-off, trampling consumers rights!

B of A repossessed my auto in May. Now approximately a year and a half later they are coming out of the blue with a lawsuit for the difference.

Also they sold my car at a PRIVATE sale for approximately $2,000 less than the wholesale value.

They need to be stopped from trampling consumers rights! The FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION appears to agree with me. I was told if there were a sufficient number of like complaints filed the FTC would enter suit.

I need suggetions and help as to how to get other people who have treated in a like manner by their bank to contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION to complain.
