Contract fraud

I had been approached by one barbara nejeidi from first info worldwide rental, who explained in regards to a free 30 days trial on the charge card equipment. She offered me a document that we closed (one piece of paper). After fourteen days i delivered the machine. Still within the box (never used). I received a commitment within the mail displaying a four year lease. I tried contacting barbara nejeidi on several ocassions but never created contact. I approached first info worldwide and they claim to get a signed contract for four years and cannot do anything. They extended to take money from my account for some weeks, till i shut the account. Now they've sent me for the collections company, who's continuously bothering our phone all hours of the day. Someone ought to be held responsible for this. This is scam.
