The Said Named Mortgage Related Financial Company Named Herein Never Replied To My Several Registered Mail Letters Submitted To Them. Approx 4 Years Ago I Had A Normal Mortgage And I Had A Good Job Making Above Average Income.

I Had Been Involved In A Near Death Auto Accident (Public & Police Records On File) As I Had To Be Pulled Out Of The Vehicle By Rescue Personnel And Rushed To Hospital Via Ambulance And Upon Arrival To The ER Had Fallen Into Coma In Which I Had Tragicly Lost Both Legs & Shortly Thereafter, Occured A Series Of Unsuccessful Medical Operations And Procedures Which Still Leave Myself Confined To A Wheelchair Nonetheless. I Have Been Unable To Physically Work For The Last 4 Years And Had Fallen Behind Upon My Mortgage And Other Bills As The Original Mortgage Holder Had Apparently Sold The Note To The Mortgage Related Financial Company Named Herein. Obviously By No Choice Of My Own Or Vision Of The Future Did I Ever Realize I Would Experience Such Horror Inflicted Upon Myself Both Physically And Financially! I Have Had Nothing But Problems With The Mortgage Related Financial Company Named Herein, Since They Had Assumed The Note. Have Had To Somehow Borrow Money To Avoid All The Foreclosure Efforts & Sheriffs Sales (4 Times) In 4 Years! Recently I Find Myself In An Alledged Foreclose Once Again And Unfortunately, Despite My Several Efforts To Submit Registered Letters Attempting To Explain My Medical Hardships And Nearly 50% Of My Income Is Absorbed By Current Costly Medical Procedures And Prescriptions Paid Out Of My Pocket, As I Am Collecting Disabilty And S.S. Benefits Which Is Meager At Best!
