I Had Been Solicited By This Company/Financial Institution Nearly 3 Years Ago-
Following A "Near Fatal" Automobile Accident In Which Caused Coma And The Loss-
Of Both Legs, And Stroke At Age 42 Years. Upon The Financial Institutions-
Solicitation To Myself In I Had Explained To The Individual Of My Recent Medical
Demise And The Need For Additional Medical Procedures In Order To Save My-
Life, As I Suffer From Complications Of Diabetes And Peripheral Artery Disease-
I Have Had To Pay For Most Of My Medical Expenses Out Of My Pocket.
I Have Also Been Unable To Work Since 2006 Due To Myself Being Confined-
To A Wheelchair Since And Present, I Have Been Compelled To Collect Social-
Security And Have No Way Of Earning An Income To Satisfy My Debts.
I Have Sent Several Letters To The Financial Institution Named Herein-
Registered Mail, Attempting To Explain My Medical Hardships And Unability To-
Work Since My Medical Saga Had Began Several Years Ago, With No Correspondence!
My Previous Attempts In Contacting The Financial Institution Named Herein Were-
To Somehow Attempt To Modify The Debt ($15000.00) Based Upon My Medical-
Condition And Disabilities, As Well As The State Of The Economy And Reduced-
Interest Rates. Unfortunately This Loan Was Secured To My Home, As I Was In-
Extreme Dire Need Of The Following Medical Procedure. As Ive Done Everything-
Humanly Possible To Avoid The Constant Harassment And Threatening Letters-
I Have Been Compelled To Relocate Myself Upon My Native Indian Reservation-
And My Home Is Once Again In Pre-Forclosure And I Have Been Driven To The-
Brink Of A Personal Bankruptsy. I Am Attempting To Avoid A Court Bankruptsy-
At Any Cost, However This Said Named Financial Institution Wont Stop Harassing-
Myself And Family Despite My Many Pleas To Them! My Options Are Very Limited-
