Certain seems like my criticism is extremely similar to the remainder of yours. Struggled with this particular organization since May when Cenlar offered us for them (after I place in to get a re-modification), about paperwork they allegedly did not obtain on our mortgage re-modification. Obviously exactly the same documents were delivered 7 occasions, but each time, a brand new document might show up lacking. Does anybody understand how to item the documents together... Imagine not?!?!? Anyhow, I quit 6 messages on a single idiots voicemail, and 3 emails were delivered, but never once obtained a call-back in the fools. Only thing I actually got was these silly characters informing me these were lacking different things after I'd send all of the paperwork. Then I get a telephone call yesterday wondering basically am looking for any help with my mortgage? Help??? So now you wish to assist me I mentioned. After I delivered the documents 7 occasions, remaining 6 communications and delivered 3 emails, you did not wish to make use of me, however now you wish to assist me. PRESS, they hang-up on me. Have not seen from their website since.
