On nov. 12 bb&t fax request for payoff from litton loan services lp. To close on 22nd of nov. A confirmation was received for the fax we still have not gotton any responce from litton. (its dec 1 now) the bank has sent 3 other faxes requesting payoff amount. We have a pre aproved loan waiting to close. We only get automated system when calling there 800 # never a person.
This property belongs to my mother at this time and Im surposed to inherit it, but she wants to put it in my name now Ive got a loan ready to close and Im afraid now that this company is doing something elegal. Please help with info thanks.
