Out of State caring for my 99 yr. Old grandmother I was 1 month late in paying these goons. While making funeral arrangements. I recieved a call, nice lady informing me I had failed to make a scheduled pymt. I apoligized made pymt.in full over the phone and ask that the charges should be waived under the cicumstances.
She agreed and said I should write them explaining the circumstances I did that! And more I sent them the documents for the funeral for thier verification. They still refused to waive these charges It may be legal but just! It is not.
