Fraud all the way!

I'm publishing like a caution to all customers this lender offered me a cash card (pre-paid) after which there is no cash onto it plus they didn't recognize the error. I've had a merchant account together plus they attempt every method possible to ask you for to get a fraudulant charge. I provide the email and provide there nsf cards out to clients they proceed to locate a way to maintain them within the damaging!!! Horrible bank must be shutdown. As well as the administration is unaware!
