Ocwen Federal Bank should be forced out of business they made my life miserable

My story is exactly like the stories listed above. I sold my property for $100,000 under market value to just get them out of my life. I did not know that they were doing the same thing to other people. I received an average of 5 telephone calls a month from them. I received additional calls from their automated call service telling me to contact them immediately.

I asked for an audit of my account payments. They never answered any of my registered letters. I hired a law firm to send them a letter. They ignored my attorney. My attorney said that it would cost me thousands of dollars for them to persue the matter.

They know that anyone needing to get financing from a lender such as them does not have the resources to hire a law firm. I am joining a class action suit. This type of business (or should we call them loan sharks) needs to be put out of business. Of course their will be another one that will take its place.
