I and others invested in Imperial Metals LLC (a precious metals dealer), as a partner in the company that operates out of Florida and Montreal, Quebec. The company appears have been a scam and all managers have disappeared. Owners and attorney refused to disclose any information on the accounting of aprox. $1M to $1.5M. I have not received any information as to the current status. Their web site is still on-line, but nobody answerers the phone or e-mails. Their web site is:
