First Finanacial Asset Management
FFAM rip off

Business & Finance

I had a car repoed in 07, Americredit charged off the balance less than 2 months after sending me the final bill. Then I started getting the harassing phone calls from FFAM, at work and home. She even went as far as calling and hanging up on me like 10 times in a row. I've reported all of this to the FTC. Mark Lampitt is the man associated with FFAM that I reached a settlement with and next day it was drafted from my account. I've requested statement letters of the settlement and its closure twice now with no luck. It's still on my credit report, Americredit took the lump sum I paid for the settlement off the balance and it states that the remainder is still due. I'm calling FFAM 1 more time to have the the settlement statement faxed to me and then I'm washing my hands of this mess as a lesson learned. They will not receive 1 more dollar from me unless it is ordered by a judge. This company is mastered in the art of scamming, don't associate with them unless they provide written documentation in advance or you won't get it. Karma is a b* and these people and the company they work for will gets theirs one day.
