Inwood Branch Manager Closed my Savings Account without authorization

My Savings account was closed without my authorization. I communicated this concern to the BB&T 24/7 hotline number and was advised by the agent Mary Jackson since I exceeded more than 6 transactions for the month on this E-account that the branch manager closed the account. I have received no information by letter warning me that this would occur. I currently have monies deposited into this account weekly and monthly by my present employer and Federal retirement system. Ms. Jackson advised me that a check would be provided to me within 5-10 business days. Now with this unfounded and illegal transaction action conducted I have no monies to be able to transfer into my checking account when needed, I will not be able to gain any interest, I cannot withdraw any monies (over thirty-one hundred dollars was in the account), all deposits from my employer provided every Friday will now be returned since the account was closed. I sincerely hope I do not have an emergency or out of town for that matter thinking I would be able to withdraw money that I deposited into this account. This is a serious matter and with today's economy no one should be able to play with someones hard earned monies. I need this seriously look into as this closed account should have never occurred and if the account was as excessive as they stated then a fee should have been deducted as stipulated ($3.00 three dollars) but not close the account. I was never advised I was never made aware that my savings account would be closed. This is illegal for someone to take your money without your consent. Does your Bank treat all Hispanics this way? I definitely will contact (Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, North Carolina Bank Commission, Federal Trade Commission and complaint and News Media)
