This company took over 4 thousand dollars of my money and did nothing with my irs problem and refused to give me my money back, please help

Please help me as they took over 4 thousand dollars of my money and did nothing with the problems with the irs. They would not return my calls and kept passing the buck to different people when I would call. Finally I asked for my money back and they flat refused. I am so afraid to try now to get ahold of anyone there in their office. I just need some help from somewhere to help me recover my money.
