Non-settlement of debt

After 10 months with this company, we still haven't gotten any debts settled. They put two-thirds of the money we send them monthly towards their fees. We finally got fed up with them, and closed our account with them. We asked for all the money we had paid them since 1. We asked them to settle this matter within 5 business days, and so far no response from them. We are very unhappy with the way they do business. James A. Elkins
