Unscured personnel loan

I received a call from Todd Earnhardt from BEG stating that my loan was approved. I called the Todd at ext 364 he stated that he was an loan officer from Barondale Equity group my five thousand loan was approved. He fax a contract over stating the terms of the loan one of the terms was that I had to pay 7 months down on the loan which equaled $836 dollars which is $119 for 7 months Todd say that money will be put directly on the loan I told him I don't have the money he stated most of our clients take out payday loans to cover the cost. After speaking with my mother and some of my friends they said it a scam no loan ask for money up front but I was really desperate so I did it anyway. I took out the payday loan but could only get 600 dollars the agent said we are going to re check your credit and see if we can get you a 200 dollar credit for the rest or the balance so he sent over another contract stating what we agreed upon. Todd said send us a check and we will have the money to you in 7 days I said I took out a payday loan I can not wait 7 days he said OK we have a few choices one of those choices was western union. I was to send the money to a Lisa ford in TORONTO Ontario Canada and would have my money by the Tuesday 2pm, long story short money was not in my account Tuesday I called Todd said there was something wrong with the system call back in an hour called ok the problem is fixed your money will be in your account tonight it is now Wendsday morning and No money. These people prey on desperate people who have nothing and I hope they are stopped. Todd Earnhardt 1877-534-8647 ext 364
