DCA scam, deceiving, crooks, ripoff, underhanded

Apparently I am not the only one that has fallen for this scam. I hav, since being ripped off, discovered over 50 cases of this company getting an extra $138.67 from other victims. I am usually sceptical of these kinds of companys but not this time. Darn it. It was the one time $2.97 that got me. But for the life of me I dont remember reading anywhere about a, 5 day trial period or u will get suckered out of more money, clause. I think I would've caught that. My bank called me and asked if I authorized that debit, I said no. She gave me the 800 # that came up with the charge and I called it. I was told that I did have 5 days to decide and cancel or I would be charged.

I disagreed of coarse but I was told that it was too late and too bad really and that the acct would be closed. But I cant get a refund because I agreed to their terms. I am supposed to receive an email stating that. I ended up canceling my debit card and re applying for a new card. I am also filing this complaint and I will file a complaint with the BBB. This company has made tens of thousands with this scam I'm sure already. Its just so hard to keep up with them because I hav read a lot of the complaints and they have several diff websites and phone numbers. I hope they get shut down soon and we can all get reimbursed with a little extra money for the hassle and stress its caused...
