I had lost my job and was on unemployement, and had 2 deaths in the family in one month and needed help. My car note is 603. Per month and needed to reduce my payment so I could maintain my bills and take care of my family. I searched on line and then one day I recieved a phone call stating that they worked with my company before and he could deffinetly get my car note down to 460. Easy. He called me at least three more times before I decided to go with this company. I was also PROMISED that I would get my money back if they could not modify my loan. I borrowed the money and was already late on my car note. Once I paid the money and they sent me my package, I called once to verify I did what I was susposed to. After a week went by I called to find out the status and the phone was turned off. I recieved a deniel because my lender does not modify. I sent emails, tried calling any number I could find and nothing. They took my money and I almost lost my truck dealing with this company. I am a struggling mother on unemployment and kids, no one will help.
