Ripoff! They lied, stole, and damaged our account

Business & Finance

I received a phone call saying that I had been approved for a credit card. It had a $1000.00 credit limit at first and then the bank would watch to se how I managed that. If I did well the amount of credit would increase.

There was a one time processing fee of $189.00. That would also include a bunch of free things. They took the money from my account and all I received was a bunch of coupons for things that I still had to pay for (that wasn't what they said they were when they explained it).

I never received a credit card. Or anything resembling a credit card. They claimed the credit card to be a mastercard.
